Shipping Terms
Standard worldwide shipping takes 7–20 business days depending on destination country.
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched.
Customers are responsible for all local customs duties, VAT, import fees, and parcel inspection charges.
Lost or missing packages must be reported within 14 days after the last tracking update; we will assist with carrier investigation but offer no automatic full refund for untraceable parcels.
Return & Refund Rules
Return eligibility: 30 calendar days after delivery date. Shoes must be unworn, unmarked, original shoe box preserved, no scratches or stains.
Final sale clearance, limited special batches are non-refundable.
All return shipping fees are the buyer’s expense; original shipping cost at checkout is non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect returned merchandise.
We reserve the right to reject returns if items show wear, damage, or missing original packaging.
